Easy matter; the word in arabic, خالق, is also used in a more loose sense to mean "maker". So out of those who make things (like the imam mentions, how e.g. someone can be described as "making" art), Allah swt is "The" Maker, the best of those who make. وقال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله : " ما ورد من إثبات خلق غير الله ، كقوله تعالى : ( فتبارك الله أحسن الخالقين ) ، وكقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المصورين: ( يقال لهم أحيوا ما خلقتم ) فهذا ليس خلقاً حقيقة ، وليس إيجاداً بعد عدم ، بل هو تحويل للشيء من حال إلى حال ، وأيضاً ليس شاملاً ، بل محصور بما يتمكن الإنسان منه ، ومحصور بدائرة ضيقة ؛ فلا ينافي قولنا : إفراد الله بالخلق " انتهى . "القول المفيد" (1 / 1-2) .
