When land, water, air and living creatures are subjected to constant and consistent threat due to our own irresponsible actions, then certainly, there is something wrong. I agree! What about future generations to come,? Are our actions towards life below water and life on land amount to leaving a desirable legacy for future generations ? If the answer is no, then Rev Allan Boesak is correct in asserting that, there is something wrong that needs to be corrected.

The formidable problems we are grappling with on the soil of this earth are not by default but by design. Therefore, the onus lies with us as mankind to reconsider and review our irresponsible actions towards life and nature so as to amicably resolve these problems of our own creation.

I agree diametrically with Rev Allan Boesak with respect to breaking of silence. I also cannot agree more with breaking paradigms and the use of a different and counter language without fear. I also concur with the need to advocate for a more progressive language that is egregious , liberating, transformative and healing a language as opposed or counter to a language of distortion, perversion, hate violence, discrimination, dehuminisation, callous exclusivity, social injustice and sanctimonious neutrality! The correctness and the appealing nature of the political line the Rev advances make me conclude that, all is in his DNA! Watch this space!
