You left out the knuckleball and topspin shot, but those are really advanced shooting techniques and mainly used with a free kick. Learning to be consistent at those takes months/years. Good video tho!

I enjoy your videos. They are really educational and well put together. I do have a question. Why does your kicker cross their left arm across their body when they strike with their right foot? He does it several times 1:47 and 4:20 to name a few. The reason I ask is because I was taught differently. I was taught body mechanics that twist into the kick takes away power, and that kicks momentum should be followed through for most efficient use of power. Just asking for clarification.
