I love this artist. But I also love my work! I know, it’s unusual..

I don't know ... (I love and admire Allen Stone's unique talent since back in 2012) ... seems that i'm lonely with my opinion, but ... with every new release I somehow miss the old Allen Stone (creative, authentic, bit awkward and shy but super lovable because of that, hell of a real soul voice that touched me with every note/word) a little bit more. I get that artists mature and need to grow, nothing new ... but your soul (and i don't mean your voice) and authenticity went missing for me somewhere between "Consider Me" Album Version and THIS new material. "Consider Me" because i think it's one of the greatest songs ever written, and the acoustic version is just dope and so spot on but the album version produced as a Christmas bling bling was shocking for me and made it completely unbearable, very sad ... bummer. So i like what this new song is about "5 Minutes" it has a fresh beat and a decent composition, good vocals and content but again THIS ( kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mKeJfK6ksN-WlGg.html ) moment kills all the magic for me. Sounds like the producer said "here we need that kind of modern radio mass compatibility auto-tune hip hop inspired voice style BS because it will sell you some more. It makes me just sad :(. Sooo yeah go for me .. because i have another opinion ... and because i don't think everything is super and fine ... i know it's not popular nor recommended nowadays. But i had to say it ...
