About Allepey: Alappuzha (or Alleppey) is a city on the Laccadive Sea in the southern Indian state of Kerala. It's best known for houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala backwaters, a network of tranquil canals and lagoons. Alappuzha Beach is the site of the 19th-century Alappuzha Lighthouse. Alappuzha, famous for its boat races, beaches, marine products and coir industry, is a world renowned backwater tourist destination of India. Kuttanad, Alappuzha backwaters and Alappuzha beach are the must-see tourist attractions in the district.

Houseboats in Kashmir are used only for accommodation while they are used for accommodation as well as cruising through the backwater in Kerala, that's why they are more expensive in Kerala. Your shots are amazing. I can't wait for my trip to Kerala in the next month.

First time, My family visited kochi, allepey and munnar on 1 march to 5 march 2023. Fantastic place. Beautiful Roads.. On the southwest coast of India, Kerala is one of India's most beautiful states 😍 Kerala food is better.... 👌🏼

The spirit of Alleppey lies entirely in the rural areas and its backwaters It is also referred as ''Venice of the East'' given by Lord Curzon for its large network of canals that meander through the town .... The backwater with coconut tress around such a enchanting scenic beauty. Sitting in a boat and enjoying the nature surroundings can allure soul of every human.. Its like floating in water. The Vallam Kali (the Snake Boat Race) held every year in August is a major attraction. What a sunset over the Arabian sea. As the dusk descended the whole place acquired a dream-like look.
