Excellent stretches and poses - much better at half speed. It goes a little fast to effectively open the spine. I found myself just doing the video twice until I decided to watch it at half speed.

This routine was great! I'm 35 weeks and dealing with quite a bit of hip stiffness and lower back aches from taking a break from my regular routine (which I feel is a little bit too extreme for me at this point now). Thanks for taking the time to make this video! I feel so relived! This will be my routine until delivery :)

I'm in my 2nd tri. now, did a tiny pre workout/stretch and then found this one and hit play. By the 4min mark my lower back started popping and I could feel the difference in the stretching. Havnt finished vid. got tired. Hah 'weak😈' but ill will be replaying to finish. Haha.
