Exactly what u need to be a pro player.. 10 yrs ago i started a training like this but at the end i still need to choose either to continue or to find a stable job..

Hi Liao which level of the finger exerciser do you use? For example do you use the 13lb (heavy), 7lb (medium) or 5lb (light) one?
