Lol. I visited my brother in SunCity in 2022. He has a pond in his back yard. NO problem seeing alligators in that one. I got some fantastic pictures too. First word of advice from my brother was to stay about 15 or more feet away from the edge of the pond. Lol. Made sense to me.

I lived there for 15 years and would see them often, really paid them no never mind. Would see them even on the side of the highway on interstate 10 and 20 going to my apartment in Dallas. Stationed at Homestead and they were in the back lakes and canals that ran through the base. Comon sense and there is no problem.

An alligator used to sleep under a streetlight at the end of our driveway, Lutz FL. I moved!

When you build in their habitat you have to co exist, they were there first.
