Don't see many with the old cable blade, most were hydro blades by then. Good machine, a part of history, good to see one still running.

My dad had two of these when I was growing up both cable. Had a cable pull scraper to go with them and two 160 motor scrapers. Wish I would have been old enough to have driven them. Many years later after my dad no longer was in construction he built a house and rented an old Cat dozer with a bucket from a friend for some site work. I remember him shaking his head in frustration as he said if he had one of the 16’s what took 3 hours would have been done in 30 minutes….
