But I think instead of using Least count of the system ,we use the least count of the vernier scale which is nearly 30 minutes (exactly 29 minutes) or 0.5° 🙏🤔🤔

I am preparing a series of short lectures for you guys. have launched two videos of it - why differentiation of sin x is cos x and why there are 3 equations of moiton. ==> ""just check them and support by sharing."" you will say that these are really very very easy topics. Now i am preparing a video on why you see a lot of exp(x) in physics. Which will surely change your mind in a certain way that many topics in science you thought different are infact the same and very easy to digest...

sir is it always necessary to take an vernier scale reading if 0 of the vernier scale is precisely coinciding with the main scale then also we have to apply the formula to calculate the final reading...

Just take vernier scale reading to be zero and make the table accordingly. Although formula will also give the reading same as the main scale reading but for the sake of making ur observation table, do it.

Just look at the main scale... Choose an interval like between 260 and 265 degree marks there are 10 divisions then each division is half of a degree.

One degree is 60 min. As there is a mark of half degree (0.5 degree) therefore, it starts from 30 min in advance.

If the vernier scale is not in touch with the main scale... Then there a scope of random eroor otherwise your least count is the maximum error in a scale,s reading...

Least count another simple formula has L.C=one M.S.R÷total number of vernier scale divisions.

Its not changing. Vernier scale covers this region on main scale. That is 14.5 degree.

It is when your least count is 1 minute it means 1/60 degree. For different scales it may vary.

Its hard to measure unless you know the absolute value of anything you are going to measure

@@AllLabExperiments like in this experiment we did, we were measuring the angles at which certain colours of the spectrum are seen. We had to inculde the uncertainty in our measurements.?
