@@giosy0072 because she was already a canary the canary being the canaries is more of a sister hood if you really look at it but she does have a scream the watch she gave Dinah and whose to say she only has the 1 just cus we haven't seen her with it don't mean she don't got 1

White Canary of Legends is an original character, she is Sara Lance from Arrow, and who never had the cry, but is still Black Canary adaptation in many other accounts. She gives the black costume to her sister, so she needs a new one and her sister decides that white will suit her. The Lance sisters who were the first Canaries did not had the canary cry, later Arrow introduces more accurate version of Black Canary - Dinah Drake and she does have the cry
