Plastic was an amazing invention and it helped make things more affordable world wide but we need to find something better and more earthly friendly because plastic is destroying the planet and out wildlife as we know it

@@MarianMoise1974 But barely recycle du to contamination. Glass are sometimes recycle but very often poorly reuse as concrete filler, dump site road base, filtration media etc. You need to consider its weight too. More expensive and more petroleum products consummed for transportation. Plastic is very bad, but alternatives are not as easy as it seem. The first thing to do is reduce consumption.

Установка по производству пэт-бутылок мало производительная. У французской фирмы SIDEL станки по выдуванию бутылок из пэт-преформ на порядок выше производительностью! За счет технологии вращения нескольких установленных модулей с таким же соответствующим количеством устройств выдува. Так, что увеличивайте производительность с помощью устройств фирмы SIDEL.

А как заготовка превращается в баклажку, горячим воздухом расширяют?

заготовка - преформа, нагревается лампами, а внутри пресс-формы раздувается просто сжатым воздухом, горячего не требуется. Давление выдува 7-8 бар.

доп горловину всё равно обрезать только в ручную, облой под ней - тоже. Да и ниппель медленно опускается, не думаю, что торец хорошо прорубался бы. а с ножом никакого грата. а так да, машина древняя
