The way they all got quiet and started crying together broke my heart. They may not be completely disbanding, but for them to not be a whole soon must be so heartbreaking for them. And for them to have a win for their last comeback together is wonderful. They deserve this win. They deserved (and do deserve) many more.

I swear if i saw anyone making fun of this encore stage, i'm never gonna forgive them! This is the most emotional phase in our fandom right now, the girls are crying and they still try their best to sing even when their voices are shaking! And they did great at that! Our beautiful 9 girls, congrats on shooting star 1st win❤ don't cry too much (though i'm sure all the kep1ians watching this are crying as well) you girls deserves this win and we'll try to get more win as well❤❤ Kep1er and Kep1ians fighting❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I can only IMAGINE how the girls must be feeling. Thinking they weren’t going to renew, to renewing without Yeseo and Mashiro to now getting their 1st win on what was to be their disbandment song on their final project as a 9 member group. As Kep1ians we’ve all struggled watching the treatment of these girls and all kinda hoped they’d leave.. at the same time I’m so happy that it was Kep1er to become the first survival group to renew. The amount of talent in the group is crazy and I’m so happy to continue to watch them perform.

I think that if the group was very popular, the record labels would simply become greedy and want to keep the members for their own projects and to get greater benefits from them. So their lower popularity probably benefited them in that way so they can renew the contract

@@betxengi5388 also at the same time if they weren't successful enough, and actually "flopped", (like many people try to claim they did), then not even wake one would bother to renew their contract coz they wouldn't be profitable. kep1er actually has a solid fanbase (specially in Japan), and they sell out all concerts and merch

I feel that some international fans fuel the hatred towards the girls as well, and the hatred started basically from the beginning of the series of Girls Planet 999. And also a lot of the fans do not like some of the members who composes the final lineup with whatever reasoning they might have, they feel that it gives them a free pass to attack and marginalize and belittle the members as they wish. They basically started from the pre-debut era to Wa Da Da era to Queendom 2 era was the worst.

@@Hina132 Basically, Kep1er was initially only meant to be active for 2½ years before the members would split and go their separate ways (as is typical for project groups like this). However, the companies of 7 of the members agreed to let them continue in Kep1er, while Mashiro and Yeseo's company (they're from the same company) didn't want them to continue. Therefore they will be leaving the group in July, but the others will keep going.

this is making me so emotional, i remember following them since GP99. I looked forward to their debut, but we had a really strong typhoon in the Philippines that caused our electricity to be gone for 2 months and I remember really trying to watch their debut and downloading their stages even in low quality due to lack of strong internet connection that time. I'm gonna miss them as 9 so bad

This encore stage broke me. It got me sobbing so bad. But even then, all I see are nine sisters shining on the stage. Thank you, Kep1er, for all your hard work. Thank you to all the Kep1ians who were on site helping them sing and hyping them up when the emotions got too much and to the Kep1ians who couldn't make it in person, thank you for staying with our beloved Kep1er. Except that Kep1er should be in a better position to succeed than CLC due to Kep1er's company has better exposure and better connection and acknowledgement within the kpop community, Kep1er is in the current position has a lot to do with the various missteps and treatments by Wakeone Entertainment.
