The potato is a starchy tuber of the plant solanium tuberosum and is a root vegetable native to the Americans.The plant is perennial in the nightshade family solanaceae.wild potato species can be found from the southern United states to southern Chile.
The pea is most commonly the small spherical seed or the seed pod of the pod fruit pisum sativum.Each pod contain several peas which can be green or yellow.Botanically peas pods are
fruits since they contain seeds and develop from the ovary of a pea (flower).the name is also used to describe other edible seeds from the fabaceae such a pigeon pea,the cow pea and the seeds from several species of lathyrus.
