i dont think at all. It is funny when you hear to Northern heros and heroines talk. They butt in a ton of hindi words like "matlab.." and the sentences would trail off without a proper grammar. This guy is so eloquent, didnt fumble for words, has no inter-junction of telugu words and the accent is non-existential.
