You are right. There needs to be 2 kinds of these vehicles. Scooters and micro cars! The cars can go on the road. They can be wide enough to seat 2 and have impeccable features. An example is the Boomerbuggy. Scooters on the other hand are an aide vehicle for the disabled and should be confined to the footpath etc. They should be 1 seat wide and long enough for at least a trolley full of shopping to be carried in the rear! An enclosed mobility scooter isn't just something for one with mobility problems to cruise round the neighbourhood in! It needs to be more functional and much more useful!!!!

I like the idea but can it be used in all weathers and how much would this cost to maintain because if its 9 thousand dollars I would rather purchase a small car also I Cant think of any store that would allow a small car to drive in

Leaks when it rains, heater cooks you, demist fogs windscreen, windows scream, very unstable, gust of wind and it falls over,, steering rubbish, pit holes a major hazard, no proper suspension, it's a death trap for the disabled

East coast mobility in uk. But they're not great,totally unstable, seals leak in rain, heater steams up windows, so cramped I'm only 6 stone made me feel like I was in a coffin on wheels. Brakes don't react quick enough, steering is useless.
