Air fried toast is amazing. Also tuna is pure protein. Amazing for building muscle. Same with cheese, just have to find one with very low fat.

I eat tuna pasta salad and cold tuna Sammies and subs alot but i tried tuna casserole which is hot and i didnt like it but i feel like this might not be so bad or wait til it cools enough that its not so hot....looks delicious just hope i like it and not waste it lol
