A truly honest review. I'm sure there are a number of factors, from the supply side, to staffing, to general rules. It's good to see the buffet open once again, however it will be awhile before the next visit. Thanks, Catherine and Derek, for taking us along, and also taking one for the team.

Funny I'm responding to an "egg" question as my family was in the wholesale egg business for 55 years. . For me, poached are my favorite but they have to be done right. Firm whites (none of the snotty stuff!) and runny yolks so the toast has a lot to sop up! You two do it right and I always look forward to your next review. Thank you for another great one!!!

Waffles and bread are home items. U don't fill up or even put on your plate at a buffet. Bellagio loved that.

Thanks for providing these videos. I'm hashing through them 1 by 1. Enjoy how both of you express yourselves individually with equal 'weight', neither one of you dominating their views. For me that's what makes your videos 'prime' viewing and special. I know that doing these videos isn't cheap and they take a lot of time, too. I think the places you video should cough up some $, you're good for them. Please keep doing these videos. I want to see a recent Wynn buffet.

With how mangled the beef rib was, it looked like it had already been gnawed on before you got it. Bellagio seems to have dropped a few notches. Thanks for sharing!

Catherine, you did a fabulous job with building your own toast combo. It now looks delicious (than plain toast)! You both are so gracious and always so polite despite some questionable situations. $50 for basically a "bread buffet" is WAAAY overpriced! Thanks for the warning. I will stay away. Despite having an acquisition problem with crab legs, they should have definitely dropped the price.

We just tried the Bellagio buffet. I agree the flank steak was tough. The giant pancake did have a hard crust. The waffles looked better than they tasted; they were very dense in texture. On the positive side, the turkey dinner section was really good. The sea bass was seasoned and cooked well. Avocado toast was a nice addition.

Creme Brule, numnumnum! When you got a chill from eating that, I could feel it! Fresh Creme Brule is amazing, and a super rare treat for me! Like, I've had it 2 or 3 times ever, and it is my favorite desert!

Wow, that face at the 13:13 mark is priceless….what a trooper, eating it all despite how dry it was. Always enjoy your videos. More syrup PLEASE…LOL. Then, to top it off his face at the 27:24 mark with the “crunchy” beef ribs, doesn’t get any better except when Katherine say “it smells better than it tastes.” OH MY…hahaha. Cheers.

I go to Vegas often and I am always looking at your videos. Your videos are really helpful, I feel you are the best at what both of you do. Yes, I have watched others doing what you do and they are good. Then all of a sudden they are eating in China or some other exotic place where I will never get to, most people will also never travel to those areas. I end up not watching them. There are a lot of great eating places in America

If you want to get more bang for your buck at a buffet, then avoid the heavy carbs. Although the pancakes and waffles looked really good lol.

Like my eggs dippy. Compared to the caliber of the old Bellagio buffet this is not all that impressive. It seemed sad compared to Bacchanal, Wynn and Cosmo. Just thinking if they are having supply issue with crab legs it maybe time to change suppliers as the other buffets don't seem to be having issues. Thank you for your review. Always appreciate. This doesn't look very good for the Bellagio. I don't understand how an "upscale hotel" can think that it is a good idea to serve sub standard food like that. This video currently has 20,000 + eyeballs seeing what they are doing there. These eyeballs will not be spending any money at that buffet. Thank you for the honest review, as always :)
