The best choice you made was bringing Catherine on the show

Tasting the turkey, ‘It’s a little dry’ I say to myself ‘That’s what gravy is for’ A few seconds later, Derek says ‘It needs gravy’ I know I now why I like Derek!😝

The one thing that bothers about the buffet is the lack of cleaning. There is a lot of dropped food at the stations. Someone should be assigned to clean each station periodically. This would keep each station neater, and the food looks more appetizing.

Welcome back to the buffet line!A good buffet was always my favorite way of eating. Sadly 2020 ended most buffets in my area. I will have to "eat" vicariously thru you and Catherine as you continue on with your culinary adventures.

Very good looking buffet without the strip crowds. Like it. Foods looked tempting. Pacit with a fork? Chopsticks, do they have any? Love the roasted meats and turkey. All in all worth a visit even from the strip. Thanks enjoyed.

Got to say that looked a decent selection of foods.... plenty for every tasta. Watching these videos makes me so hungry.... especially when its good. All the best to you both.

We tried it last year. It was shockingly good. They had unlimited complimentary mimosas when we went, which our server gave us like water. I've bumped up Palms AYCE Buffet to be the #3 best buffet in Vegas behind Bachanal and Wynn.

When the Maloof family opened the Palms, the original buffet, the one Food Network’s Rachael Ray visited while filming her hit show ‘ $40 a Day ‘, I would go to a lot as well. I don’t remember if it had a fresh pasta station, but I did have a fresh Mongolian Stir Fry Station, and it was my favorite! The Lebanese food was excellent as well. I remember the lunch & dinner buffet included Beer & Wine as well. I miss that buffet! 😎👍
