Great video. I am especially pleased to see so much emphasis on strength based planning and the danger of deficit based planning. These values must be adopted universally-not just by the support team. All agencies involved and their administrators need to focus on strength based support interventions. We need to move away from the concept of “care” and use language that refers to supports. Our families need people who “care about” and less “caring for”. Thank you.
