packrafting down sjoa normal in norway. really nice stretch of river, perfect for practising packrafting but not that easy(recommend to paddle with some experienced paddlers, i case you swim and the boat floats down the river exc). the good thing about this stretch is that you could swim the whole way if you had to. the stretch called bridge to bridge is also nice and a little bit more easy to paddle. there is also the part called åseng juvet which is really epic but a bit hard 3/4. the packraft preformed great, skipped over holes and rolled over the waves nicely. the only downside is that it flips easy when stuck in holes, but i have to learn to roll an this won't be a problem anymore :) the water level was 40 m/3.

Are you running this using thigh straps inside your raft cockpit? Looks like a exciting river!

It picks up the sound much better than the 4.

yeah, its better compared to the 4, but the difference compared to the 6 is not that noticeable.

It's the lack of an external case that makes the sound better.

its a deep river without sticky holes so no problem to swim here, but it would be a huge advantage to learn how to roll in this kind of river so that you don't lose the boat downstream.
