Cake flour = all purpose flour + corn flour (10%) 100 gr CF = 90 gr all purpose + 10 gr corn flour

@@yulianasutantoandhasanpane6642 I think you meant cornstarch not corn flour. I use the same technique to create more delicate cakes whether with wheat flour or baking gluten-free.
