I use tissue paper for sprouting the almond nuts. the month of December - February is best for sprouting the almond seeds.
But for growing almond in the summer season, you need cold stratification of seed.
wrap soaked almond in tissue paper, moisten it and keep in the refrigerator for 10-15 days.
It takes about 10 days for sprouting. after 15-20 days of germination, plant them in well-drained sandy soil. Initially planting a baby plant in a pot helps to protect it from adverse environmental conditions.

Sand,wooden saw dust can also be used instead of Cocopeat....And u can use dry grass in place of coconut jute.
