I finished a new book in a few days so no worries there! As a fellow cfs warrior I’m still trying to learn to kind to myself but it’s not easy. I never want you to feel lonely if you ever fancy a coffee out (always up for coffee) please shout I’ve lived in that town all my life.

It was nice to see you show us that anxiety is ok to have and the best way to deal with it is to relax. You have a wonderful pair off legs and you should be proud of your body. I know it's hard with a chronic hidden illness but you are brave and stronger and prettier than you realize you are. ❤
