Death Valley, Bad Water Basin is the lowest point in the continental US and also has the clearest dark skies!

I have 4 days for a hike coming up soon. And as soon as our states open their borders again I have an 8 day whitewater canoe trip planned. Hopefully I can produce something half as good as what you have from them.

You MUST shoot Supai Canyon (a finger of the Grand Canyon). You only go around once. It contains Navajo Falls, Mooney Falls, Supai Falls, and Beaver Falls. I wish I had my GoPro when the green room was still there (it was a grotto under the 2nd layer of the 3-layer waterfall at Beaver Falls. I heard that grotto was destroyed in a flood (natural...it happens) but there is a chance a new grotto will be discovered. Let me know if you go. I'll back you up.

Pretty brutal Jeven! Hiking boots would’ve helped ya think? LOL I would have wanted a compass if I went. The worst in terms of heat is Death Valley but you you can get some incredible astrophotography at night there, plus they have a hotel.

Yeah I need to get some better hiking boots. Wasn't prepared right for this hike. Gotta do some exploring of Death Valley at night!
