The little girl has no chill. She tells the monster to "stay" like it's a dog, then proceeds to comment about the mess in the hall while monsters are banging on the door. I also think she doesn't act or talk like a child at all.

And lets hope this becomes a long lasting franchise this time. We need more horror games then just Dead Space and Resident Evil. Alone In The Dark is the OG of all horror games and this franchise should definitely be respected.

I'm not sure how I feel about all this. Let's just say I await the final result with... tempered excitement. We could have another Resident Evil 2/4 remake on our hands, but I'll have to see what the outcome is with the duel characters. Interesting that they should include both at once, but I consider that better than splitting the playable character skin like the original. P.S. SPOILERS FOR EXTENDED SEGMENT! I hope we get more info about exactly how Jeremy woke Ezechiel Pregzt. The pirate appears to have invited a lot of hell-spawn company in his bid to reclaim mortality, so it'll be interesting if this reboot answers some questions why this dude is so damn compelling to such beings. I actually recognize that arachnid from the origin game! One of quite a few horrific things lurking under that house.

18 GB to play this? only "puzzle" was to kick a stuffed bear down to use it as a bridge. I am interested in the full game thou

I forgot I played this. Wish it would've came out this year because wasn't it postponed? Anyways, that's all good anyways because we received extremely way too many good games this year. 23 was the BEST damn year for gaming ever! I doubt 24 will be the same but it's going to be good too.

I've always wished for a live action Metroid movie! It will most likely never happen cause Nintendo is stingy with their franchises. But if it was done correctly, imagine how awesome it could be!

the art direction of the game needs more darkness. less saturated colors. the warmness of the game makes me feel no fear

I don't know anything about original game and even if Grace was in there, but from the video spotlight and the demo its seems that Grace is living in THAT universe and it's ok to her, so she wasn't supposed to be afraid

@tryout3420 you're absolutely right. I thought the same because she seemed like it was normal. The scenario was probably further along in the game. It looks alright. I was mostly joking. More like a teaser to showcase the graphic quality, and that was good.

@@zerotolerance9004 I doubt it’s further along from the standpoint that the game starts with the main characters responded to the letter she posts. It seems like it is legit just a prologue.

@@Nov-5062 The little girl is actually from AITD 2 (Grace) which also had a demo where you play as her. This reimagining looks like it's taking bits and pieces of the first 3 and throwing them into a blender.

Not impressed about this demo, 10minute long and there was already one way too long button smashing segment and I got stuck 6:35 room. Couldnt interact with anything inside
