At the start Jack was given instructions but for some reason it is a KZfaq law for every good KZfaqr to ignore instructions and tutorials and then ask wyf is going on and how to play later in the game.

In his defense, he said he through that R was to drop the wood, as in drop the wood into the fire. He might have had a slight brain fart and forgot that left mouse counts has both the action of picking the wood and dropping it.

No, the chirps get lower when you have more wood. The fire is signified by the glow around it.

Jack don’t forget there is a fourth wall break trick with the other hallway past the two yellow doors that says The Demo Ends Here but ignore that and walk through it till you see the detention guy. It is a really cool trick and if you want you can walk through him and the wall and walk in the sky.
