Some great memories from going to laundry mats. Having to live modestly really grounds a person in my opinion. Also if you are going through hard times (Dealing with family drama ever since I've returned to the states a few months back and they been making me angry & frustrated a lot lately), you are not the only one struggling. A lot of lofi playlists are pretty hit or miss with me, like at best they have a few good ones and a bunch of filler, but I’m about 25 minutes in and these are all serotonin factories. Soft, smooth, and sentimental. Love all these tracks so far!

Being alone with my thoughts is a most destructive thing i could do myself. So i listen to music while falling asleep. The sleep itself is not pleasant. My dreams are confusing at best and disturbing at worse. Dreaming so much even if it was only a quick nap often do me more harm than good but at the same time the process of drifting into nothingness is surprisingly comforting. So yeah, goodnight friends. This is helping me relax after a GI track issue we're still figuring out that reguires me to see a specialist. I had an attack and they usually last days.
