I'm trying to implement this tactic in FC 24. I still haven't come to a conclusion. Very difficult..

Try it in FM 24 instead. That's a game more suited for tactics

put the wide centre backs as WB, but position them inside the box so defensively they will play as a centerback. I know its wierd having just 1 CB, but the wide CBs will be 2nd wingbacks offensively and CBs when out of position. The wing backs should be LM/RM for more aggressive attack, 2 CDM, 2 CAM, and 1 ST.

Im also trying to implement a playstyle of real football in fc 24 but this game is not football its not working bro every body just uses boring META and win im recently been introduced to football manager and wanna try it
