In england there's a show called "can't pay we'll take it away" basically about bailiffs coming and taking your stuff because you couldn't pay for something. Tango ice blast is a popular drink sold in a cinema chain so basically because she bought the drink she won't be able to afford anything else and will end up on the show.

Sarah Lee Not necessarily. In some places, if you get the baby, you have to buy the next cake. But in those areas and others, it symbolizes Jesus and is supposed to bring good luck. It’s a Catholic thing, so I wouldn’t know much else. In some Louisiana schools, students have to do a research paper on the meaning, origin, and symbolization of a Mardi Gras King Cake.
