INGREDIENTS: 4 cups boiled chickpeas 2 large russet potatoes boiled in orange color, diced 1/2 large lemon, juiced 1/4 tsp mango powder 1/4 tsp black salt 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers 1 tablespoon chaat masala powder 1/4 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tomato, diced less than 1/2 onion, sliced Small handful of cilantro, chopped Small handful of mint, chopped 1 green pepper (not spicy), diced 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup tamarind water 3/4 cup whisked yogurt 2 tablespoons water to dilute remaining tamarind 2 tablespoons water to dilute remaining yogurt Papdi/poori crushed Sprinkle Kashmiri red chili, crushed red pepper, and chaat masala
