Yummy absolutely Love Gavar phali. We Parsis cook it similarly but without the coconut 🥥 in the masala & sometimes add medium sized sea prawns to it to make Gavar Kolmi nu salan. Khaman (dessicated coconut) is sprinkled on top at the end with kothmir. Prawns are a lovely combo with any bitter veg, like small khari methi, papri or Karelas.

Loved this recipe. I am mostly a Veg lover & will make this dish for sure. May Allah give Shafi to your hubby/dad. I Prayed for him. I too am very sick. Please pray for me. InShaAllah Ameen
