1/2 Cup oil
1 tbsp zeera
Cinnamon sticks
7 to 8 Black pepper seeds
1 black cardamom
6 to 7 cloves
3 Large size Onion sliced
Fry onions well till color changes(golden)
1/2 kg mutton
Roast the mutton well
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Roast well
5 to 6 green chillies
3 medium size tomatoes sliced
2 tbsp kashmiri chilly powder
2 tbsp zeera powder
1 tbsp dhaniya powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
Salt
Now roast well
3 cups water
Take two to three whistle and cook the mutton
Shallow fry the potatoes
Garnish it with coriander leaves
