Thanks for sharing this recipe I am a bachelor living out of India and my cooking skills are limited to boiling eggs and making maggi...your recipe are very easy to make and have successfully tried a few of them..... While nothing can come close to my mothers cooking :).....your simple receipe helps me keep my Indian taste buds alive... Request : It would be very helpful if you could start a section for amature cooks and teach us very fundamental stuff. Mostly bachelors do not have lots of ingredients available and cook with basic masalas. Mostly tamatar , ginger , garlic , chilli , etc are substituted by pastes available in market. It would be very helpful if you could use readymade paste for beginners cooking classes Thanks and stay blessed
