🤩👌👏👏👏mine came out just like ur vdo✅ Many many yrs ago(whn I was a young person) I had injured my right hand & could Not knead dough for Indian flatbread/Desi Roti. So made a batter of wheat flour & made roti just like in this vdo with one hand👍🤩‼️My family wanted to learn whn they saw how easy it was👍‼️ Taught it to all my family. Now they also make roti or parathaa this way. Even my grandkids will make it👍🤩‼️ It tastes just a little different but still yummy & soft fluffy. Since then, v hv been adding finely chopped raw veggies too & has come out fine, including finely grated potato. Adding boiled potato came out fine too. Agree, if one is a novice in cooking, then it takes practice to know the consistency of batter, how thick to pour on the skillet/griddle, whn to flip, whn to use a fabric wad to press the crepe to puff it to roti...etc etc👍🤩‼️thx & God bless u🪷☀️

Will definitely try this!! Simple & sweetly demonstrated. I like not having to knead or roll, and love that you used wheat flower (healthy) & no (unhealthy) white flower!! I'm a health coach & know that while wheat & whole grains are good, white flour can clog up the arteries, as well as give you a pot belly that tells all you've been greedy!?
