It a "hot spice mixture" in hindi it's call "Garam masala". Well it contains black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, nutmeg, and turmeric.☺️ And well the another one is "snacks spice" in hindi it's called "chaat masala". We Indians love it, It makes the food tangy nd spicy 😋.

If you want to use maida add it while you add the spices to the mashed potatoes and mix everything well. After that 'Shallow fry' the tikki in a flat pan. Do not deep fry!
