When Aloy arrived to the battlefield riding the sunwing, and landed in front of Regalla it really remminded me of Toruk Makto from Avatar. In essence she achieved a very similar feat to what Jake did in Avatar, Aloy flew like 'the wings of the ten' and Jake flew on the biggest flying creature of Pandora. Flying on a toruk is for the na'vi what the act of flying is for the Tenakth.

this boss fight is fucking amazing, it made the melee upgrade of this game truly shine. I really love this type of bosses

Would be cool if Helis got Regalla'd in the Zero Dawn remake. The Helis boss wasn't terrible, it was just... okay. They could make it multi-phase, add a 2nd battle arena, etc.

In canon, she spears nil in horizon zero dawn when he requests that they both fight to the death. There was an option to kill him but in forbidden west he is still alive

IDK, I play on hard (since the normal difficulty Is too easy) and I defeated her mostly by evading her attacks and using melee combat a lot, and equipping the Valor surge that was showcased at the game's gameplay trailer

if its something what i rly dont like: cutscenes dunring fight... you are hitting the boss, you are doing all well.. and then come the cutscene to punish you and make you loosing... its just lazy writting in my opinion :-/
