He is not even a "dunker only" guy. This is not his main game. He has more floaters/soft touches. Once he has 35%+ 3PG, he will be one of the most complete offensive weapons in the league.

He doesn't do fancy moves like Jalen and his verticals not that high, he probably have longer arms/ wingspan that's why he can dunk on other people's heads, so hopefully injuries are minimal.

Basketball intelligence, vision, reading attacks, overview of the game and resourcefulness, everything is on Jokic's side. Nikola proved that being the best does not require athleticism.
