Actually, according to newer studies, when compared 1 to 1 women actually get paid more than men.

@@HNSYV107 it's because they only compare women v men annually. Women generally get lower paying jobs and work less on average, which is why on average they get paid less. 1 to 1, like... a district manager working 60 hours a week, women actually come up making a bit more.

Pay in sports isn’t primarily based on how good you are or how much you play. It’s based on revenue. Wnba doesn’t even generate enough revenue to cover the players pay.

If you are professional but no one comes to watch you, then you shouldn't get paid the same because you are not drawing in the crowds.

If your girl weighs more than you, It's not always the men fault if she can't pick her up if she's fat it's her fault but yes I agree with you to a certain extent, He does need to work out if she is skinny but however some men don't like to pick their women up in general even if she's fat or skinny, That's called preference on both parties because some women actually don't like being picked up but some do that's what I am saying, Preference is key don't just get up with any girl and expect it to flourish easily, There's gonna be issues eventually if she is not your preference.

Athlete's are not putting in work to benefit society they are working for clout and recognition and to excel at a game, these things are paid out according to what draw one has over society. Our highest paid "hero's" in western society are generally worthless to the community except for guilt money donated to their admirers. Athletes pay depends by their contribution or perceived contribution to the sport. These salaries are not comparative to general work, they are an exaggerated dream for 95 percent of humanity.

In professional sports women or men wise, athletes are not paid due to their gender or effort, it is based on VIEWERSHIP!! Male athletes make more money cause they bring in a bigger crowd. So for simple minds I’m sayin nobody wants to watch women perform mediocrely. I for one don’t watch sports at all, I just know how business works, the athletes of the sports with the higher viewer count will ALWAYS make more

I love to watch women play tennis, volleyball, gymnastics, cheer and in my opinion there's no harder sport or activity then Ballet which women dominate in, its painful and women do have a higher threshold for pain. These are FACTS ! BUT I Also believe women in soccer, football, basketball, hockey and anyother male dominated sport should pertisipate in said sport as a hobby. Why would I waste my time watching a sporting event thats going to be sub-par. When it comes to my endorsement $$$. I'll put my $$$ where it belongs. Men will beat women in tennis but I can still watch women play, Men will beat women in volleyball, but I love watching women's volleyball MORE then mens. Now if I'm going to watch a basketball, Soccer or football. I'd rather watch people who can beat ME in these sports. If I, an average Joe can beat them why should I or ANYONE PAY TO WATCH, Sorry I'm sticking with Messi, Westbrook and Brady.
