Ah, Flesh and Blood... I chucked some money into sets like ARC unlim when it was ~£40 a box thinking meh I don't care much what happens to it. It's gone up to over £100 a box already. I should've cared more 😂

Rudy has had a great work ethic and care for the people who purchase product from him. For example, I purchased some individual cards from him on eBay. I left a message for him on my purchase saying keep up the good work on KZfaq. The items were lost in the mail. I emailed him about it, he refunded the money. A month later, I received the items. I emailed him to let him know. He was pleasant to chat with and I paid him back for the product. He even left a thanks on the envelope on my product. Interactions like that really show how much a person cares for their business and buyers of his product. Keep up the great work Rudy!

I got banned by Rudy after trying to figure out what happened to my shirt order on eBay. It was a real feel bad moment because I haven’t even purchased anything in like a year from Rudy, still paid the $15 a month though. If I wanted to get banned or do fraudulent things it makes sense to go big on booster boxes, not a shirt. Never got the shirt either. Just asked where the shirt was through eBay because the tracking never updated and it had been a few weeks. No communication just a ban on a separate platform and I can still purchase from him on eBay. Not being hateful, just saying people fall through the cracks

Curious about the 69 kits, If you added up all the kits, what was the median profit if you looked at the entire set? (when they were designed)

Most normal people when they see prices increase, just go to a different type of storefront. for instance my lgs is selling draft boxes of dominaria remastered for 230 with their discount, just went online and ordered one for 180 instead. People who complain about the price to the storefront just don't understand the opportunity cost most of the time. different stores sell for different rates because of their location. If a product is too high its because that's the most popular product, and the store wants to make their money's worth due to their limited supply. I don't like the price, but there's nothing I can do about it since there's no other local competition for magic products for at least 20 miles and convience is a big key factor for me when deciding to make a purchase at my lgs.

Regarding the 6.9 anniversary kits, I think having a variation of pins and colored dice would have made them more valuable. If there was 20 different pins, and you only got 5 per kit, people would want to collect and buy the ones they are missing. You probably didn't need to spend so much on making the box look so premium and having the fancy plastic sheet inside too. I would have rather paid $50 less per kit for ones with a non 'premium' box (especially as the expected value of the kits went down by so much after they were created). I still have my 4 kits sealed, so it gives me hope that one of the artist proof gemkeeper cards is inside.
