Ender pearl golf was on the Mindcrack server back in 2012 or 2013. It was the very first game of golf in minecraft, as far as I know.

yea long form takes a lot of dedication to make but it takes time to gain traction. But this video's just the beginning, I'm turning these into datapacks, with gameplay improved significantly
