Alphamon VS Dexmon!! | Digimon Card Game: X-Record Exhibition Match

Күн бұрынThis is an Exhibition Match for the Digimon Card Game's ninth main booster X-Record, featuring Alphamon versus Dexmon. The original Black X-Antibody Deck featuring the Dorumon and Ouryumon lines has become even more consistent with the addition of their new ace, Alphamon Ouryuken, creating a consistent midrange deck with powerful field presenc, removal and Memory control. On the other hand, the Purple/Black Dexmon deck adds a malicious control twist with elements of Trash and Level-based deletion. The fate of the Digital world will be determined by this battle!

UP NEXT: Ordinemon vs Omegamon Merciful Mode! But what base will I use for MM? You'll just have to find out! Now, about this matchup... IT WAS SO FUN TO TEST AND FILM. Honestly, with the addition of Ouryuken, the Alphamon/Ouryumon deck is a consistent force to be reckoned with. On the other hand, while the Dexmon deck has access to somewhat similar mechanics, it's more luck-reliant due to the need to have the right pieces to pull off your Death-X-lution combos. So it hasn't really made a mark on Japan's competitive scene, but its explosive power when you have a good hand is truly formidable. Overall, I'm glad I managed to showcase the potential of both incredibly cool decks in this video!

Man, both these decks are awesome to watch in action, but I gotta admit, the best part of the video is the editing. I also enjoy how you give boss digimon their own special title. Makes em feel all that more interesting. (Also also, Alphamon not getting the level 6 in the beginning is a feels bad moment.)

Ironic that a small fluffy dinosuar that vomits metal. Was the one to beat a being called "DEATH", and not the gaint knight, with a huge sword.

Dude fight right to very end I'm so going 4 an alphamon deck now 👍👍. Also I love the Security circles you added to the added the game board its helps better then the actual cards just helps with keeping track of the match's plus I love how you incorporate the story's & lore's into the card battles like that it just more flare into your videos 😎😎 keep it up pal the amazing work that it is 🤩👊 Kind Regards AuraKnight

I have one question. It obviously didn’t and wouldn’t have mattered but since the turn continued wouldn’t alphamon O be at 1800 not 1600 cause of alphamons effect or is that only till the end of the battle

Oh yes, +2000 would carry over to Ouryuken as it's for the duration of the turn

okay so i really didnt like how you just didnt attack with the retaliation digimon at alphamon i mean from my perspective that was the optimal play. like did i miss something during that turn, cause to me it should have been attack with retaliation kill alphamon play both rookies win next turn. like did i miss something there? im actually curious cause otherwise that was an excellent match but it just kinda looked like you dropped the ball at the end there with dexmon.

Alphamon couldn't be deleted by effects! Cos it evolved through DoruGreymon the previous turn. Believe me, I would have done that if I could haha
