I own this Alpina and I can tell you that it doesn't disappoint. This watch is a heavy weight, and I don't mean in actual weight. At $1800.00 it's a good deal.

What size wrist do you have? I've been agonizing over picking this up but with smaller wrists I'm bit concerned. It seems like an amazing pice, especially at that price point

@@smitty03281964 I'm at like a 6.25 or so wrist though :/ ...I REALLY like it but tough without being able to try it on. Looks like a far better Hublot in my opinion.

@@daveschreiber2749 Most places on the internet allows returns as long as the tags and stickers haven't been removed. So if it doesn't sit well with you, that's always an option.

Why did the previous model timing bezel have lume on the triangle and this one does not. Doesnt make sense.

Nice looking watch. The obvious comparison would be the Longines Legend Diver, I guess, and I'd be hard pressed to decide between the two. For me personally, though, probably neither. They're both attractive and capable watches. But super boring tbh! I mean, wouldn't you rather spend 1.5-2k on something else? A fun Seiko or Citizen? Or a spec-ed out microbrand like a Monta? I'd probably go in that direction over what is the Alpina (or Certina/Swatch Group) watch version of a bland, well made brown suit LOL. Cool video tho, Big E, thanks for sharing man!

The tuxedo alpina is far better looking than everything you mentioned and no it's like $600 nearly new. Meanwhile you'll spend $3300 on a longines I'm sure
