Wow what a great looking and well made/finished watch! I’m surprised they did not just do a full bronze case but it could be a love/hate thing for some. You won’t have to worry about it tarnishing or changing color but some guys want or like that patina over time. Awesome full detailed review bro! 😎🍻👍

Nice in depth review my friend, I personally really like the compressor style divers watch, I'm really impressed with the finish of the Alpina & for the price point the quality is really high this one looks great in gold too I would be changing out the strap but that's just a personal choice. The only negative that I can see is the lack of lume on the dial, if I was looking to buy one that could be a deal breaker for me.

This piece comes with a leather strap with the rubber strap as an extra. Thank you mate. The lack of lume and other lack of details I mention makes me not a buyer of this piece. Appreciate your support my friend.

You can get a accurate placement of the inner bezel, just align the pips behind the 12 marker up to the reference 5 minute interval markings. I like this watch with the cream and black, or the blue.

Good review and that’s a beauty love the color. Seven days ago I got an Alpina quartz chronograph start timer model with stainless band, butterfly, etc. I never heard of this brand before a week ago either. My cousin who is also a watch guy he knew about them. The one I got has the day of the week and the date and I’ve seen some of the quartz chronographs with no day of the week so I like the one that I got, but I’m still trying to figure out what type of quartz movement it is I don’t know if Alpina uses its own type of quartz movement or if it’s from another company that they might modify. (Someone said Rhonda movement in a watch group but that movement had no jewels, Alpina says mine has 1 jewel so I doubt it is a Rhonda). But either way I like it and normally I can’t get a good fit with butterfly clasps because I also have a 7 inch wrist and on watches like my Movado Luno Sport the half links are actually more like three-quarter links so I could never get a good fit it’s either too tight or too loose, but the Alpina is absolutely perfect they are true half links and I can really fine-tune it.

You’re right BUT, higher water resistance shows how tough and resilient. It’s the benchmark of how well built it is.

@@AvgJoeWatchReviews true. I just bought this watch but with the cream rotating inner dial and it gives it a nice pop, doesnt look as plain. Well built watch. I have a longines legend diver and id say its up there in quality if not better. Legend diver has better lume but the alpina cost me way less. Thats it though no more watches for me .. lol

Every time I see this watch it gets me closer to pulling the trigger on the same bronze watch except with brown dial and cream bezel...its a gorgeous piece. I think it has the pop you were looking for that the all brown dial is possibly missing. @@AvgJoeWatchReviews oh I know it's not a cheap watch...but looks to be worth every cent. Its approx €1595 in Europe but I am looking at one for €1195 on grey market. Just don't tell my wife I'm considering spending that on a watch...haha 🤐 Only kidding...she knows its my hobby and she doesn't mind. 😊

That’s why there’s so many varieties of watches. If I were to spend that money I’d want a bronze watch personally. But I must say it’s a solid watch but I have so many other pieces I’d drop money on before this piece. Thanks for watching.
