I got a Rockford fosgate 45hd old school that's been sitting in my garage for 15years, just installed it and it worked supper cool for a month, now it's randomly working. Turning off and on and some time distorting but the power light is always on with no sound or distorted sound.

Very detailed.... Change the playback speed to 1.5 and the video is much better. BTW, Cold/Dry solder Joints look like a volcano with cracks.... Solder flash is what your describing as a cold joint... Caused by Tin solder as it cools.

Hello, I have the same amplifier that I purchased new. One day while driving, it just shut off. It won't turn on and the fan had stopped working. It has been sitting in the original box in my closet for probably 18 years and I would like to get it going again so I can give it to my son who just turned 16. Is there any way that I could employ you to look at my amplifier? Please let me know and thank you very much for your time.

Ugh that reminds me of a PSU i fixed i sucked all the lead free crap off the board and replaced with 60/40 regardless of how it looked.

I have a few better name brand amps that I need to get repaired.. from what I can tell mainly just blown fets and don't want to accidentally order the wrong ones. I'd rather just send them to you if I can do it quick enough to get it done right. Thank you for your time
