In this video, I show how to Install the Alplus Aero Guards for the FL5 Civic Type R.
As with my obsession with trying newer parts, I've decided to give the Alplus Aero Guards a go on my Type R.
It is great to see different products at various price points to suit the market - always a welcome sight on a newer platform vehicle.

Are these efficient as mud flaps?

These will help with the stones being thrown between the vents but not as a mud flap. Most FL5 owners seem to love the subtle design of these more than mud flaps.

How do these compare to the flapfab ones? also is there an elegant way to remove the clips?

Depends on your budget to be honest. People also have different preferences to what materials they want to use and the associated weights. Both will serve their intended purpose well.
