Assalam alaikum sister. Which part of the video do you hear a woman screaming? It might be a jinn that is nearby who is getting affected by Allah's words. Do not be afraid. Be thankful to Allah swt.

i think it is a woman being exorcised which we have heard in other videos, but havent listened to this just yet, my first time, why they have a woman being treated screaming in the video is anyones guess
