He'll still work, but......you're not getting 30% of the stats from Cang Du should you link him to any other attribute that isn't Speed.

@Neno1017 It'll be good for testing purposes, but missing out on the stat boost from the links is a yikers. When we get the next SP boost soul trait for Power, then we'll be cooking...... *if we ever get one*.

This feels too much like a MM banner, it's not even funny. Also I personally never cared about Cang Du but it's crazy how he is the best gauge character in the game and also one of the best Speed characters when all I remember of him was stealing Toshiro's Bankai and getting destroyed by Tosh in the second fight. KLab logic at its finest.

Cang Du doesn't need to be linked, he already has 120% SP boost by himself. Unohana you can link him to her, just be aware that you're gonna be losing on CDR so units like Macy to help get em back per map is actually going to be quite helpful. That being said, he's definitely the best gauge character of the game. Damage wise? I think it's a close tie. But if we want to take into account other things like value, clear time, utility etc, Unohana is still the better character since she brings more to what you can do on your account + can get buffed by Akon. But ffs another powerful character that should've been Power.

@@DeathSmasher I know Cang don't need to be linked. Js if he could he would edge out Unohana in multipliers and damage, but since he can't it's basically Frenzy 3 w/120% SP boost vs. Frenzy 5 w/120% SP boost for Unohana (since Rampage is ×2)

@@rockattack9182 Frenzy is an additional hit. Meaning Frenzy +2 is 3 hits while Frenzy +3 is 4 hits Rampage 100% is effectively a 2× damage multiplier to every type of attack. Base damage per hit: 100 Frenzy +2=100+200 (2 additional hits) = 300 300 × 2(Rampage) = 600 = Frenzy +5 Frenzy +3=100+300 = 400 Meaning Frenzy +2 with Rampage hits about 30% harder. Of course that's not the only factor. Cang has higher overall SAD damage (Berserker 50%) than Unohana's 44% (because FSD 20 and SAD 20 multiplies, not adds: 1.2×1.2=1.44) giving him roughly 6% more damage in terms of those multipliers, but Unohana has weakening. Which is 50% damage, as opposed to Cang's 40% damage to Frozen Enemies. Of course not talking into account the fact that Cang Du will be more consistent because F+3 and increased status chance and doesn't need to link himself because he innately has that soul trait (his cooldowns for his 1st and 3rd SA will recharge faster usually if you do decide to link Cang Du to Unohana which will make her hit harder).

SA2 is the same as Retsu. Sure you'll have to wait for 20 seconds to use that, but the Gauge effect + Gauge rampage does shorten the cooldown even further.
