This is the story of 1440 FC captain Dave Learmont's battle with depression and anxiety, and how he contemplated suicide over a period of four years. It shows the fragility of life as it often hangs in the balance for those who suffer from mental illness, and goes to show exactly why we are playing The Match 2018, to try and tackle the stigma surround mental health and show It's Okay To Talk.
