I discovered this choir only a few days ago and am both astonished and moved by their quality, vitality and sheer exuberance. Listening to and watching the Angel City Chorale is a wonderful experience. Thank you all.

I think the people editing this video did a wonderful job. The scenes showing the three soloists for The Circle of Life and the other chorale members--for example, at 4:37 to 4:42, 5:05 to 5:25, and 5:37 to 5:48--gave me a real feeling of the emotional involvement of these people in the various parts large and small that make their work such a great success.

The lead female vocalist has a wonderful voice in the lower ranges... it gave me chills when she started singing 'down there' (at 3:10) ! :O :) The gentleman on the right also has a great voice... he reminds me (not to compare popularity or fame) of James Earl Jones. The low range he sings in sounded wonderful :)

I found this choir scrolling through You Tube. I saw your audition of Africa and play it over and over It is so pleasing and calming. Then I saw Baba Yetu and I love that song! I listen to it as my morning prayer and when I need to clear my mind. I don't speak Swahili but I walk around the house singing that songI I love the woman who directs the choir. She is so vibrant and encouraging. She has the most beautiful smile. I love watching your faces as you sing. Your light shines through and gives hope to us all. I just saw Circle of Life and it is so amazing. I believe it is the best version I have ever heard. I cried, got chills and felt the most powerful connection to life. I pray God's blessings on you and your future. I am so looking forward to what is to come!
